Job Description

CSR is on the lookout for a competent Estimator on an initial freelance basis. The client has indicated that the successful candidate can work in the offices based in Northern Ireland but is also flexible for a candidate to work from their own home. The Client has indicated that he is open to review all CV's with an estimating background in Construction. A minimum of 4-5 years experience is compulsory.

• A proven track-record of pricing-up and estimating contracts for building a Contractor


• lead estimator during the tender preparation and coordinate the compilation of the tender submission


• Ability to read and understand tender documents, specifications, drawings and Terms & Conditions


• Ensure that the best possible and most market competitive prices are submitted in all instances


• Required to represent the company on a professional front


• Send out enquires to Sub Contractors
