Site Manager

CSR requires a Site Manager for an immediate start in the Derry area. The candidate must be completely competent in running a site at all stages of development. The client has indicated that someone who has worked on a mix of commercial builds and housing would be preferred. Applicants must have a CSR - Gold Card. Candidates whom have up to date First Aid Training would be at an advantage.

Criteria

• 3 years Management experience


• Strong project list


• CSR - Gold Card


• First Aid Training

Responsibilities

• Management of Subcontractors


• Continuous assessment of work


• Ordering of materials


• Liaising with Client
