Site Manager - Engineering Background (3Months)

CSR is on the immediate look out for an Engineer with experience working on commercial buildings. The position is situated in the Greater Belfast area. The candidate is required to set out and hold the responsibility of site Manager. The client has indicated that this is a Freelance role, with the view possibly to gain work on another site. This Freelance opportunity will last for 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Management of Subcontractors


• Continuous assessment of work


• Setting out & Measurements


• Ordering of materials


• Liaising with Client

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of 3 years Management necessary


• Strong project list of Commercial Builds


• CSR - Gold Card


• First Aid Training


• Engineering Academic Qualification
