Admin Co-Ordinator

On behalf of our client in the Craigavon area CSR are currently recruiting an Admin Co-Ordinator. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Allocating of work whilst ensuring customers needs remain priorty
  • Meeting deadlines and targets
  • Responsible for co-ordinating and ensuring the completion of multiple job tasks by allocating to specific tradesmen
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritise work load

Essential Criteria: 

 

  • Microsoft word and Excel skills
  • Previous experience analysing data using telematics tracking system. 
  • Previous administrative experience within a construction or maintenance background 

Hours: 

Monday to Friday 

Salary: 

£18000 -22000 depending on experience
