Administrator - Construction - Banbridge

Our client a leading construction contractor are seeking to recruit an office administrator to join their team in the Banbridge area. 

Role and responsibilities: 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • General book-keeping and basic credit control 
  • Assisting with tender documents 
  • Diary maintenence 
  • Maintaining call logs and records
  • Providiing quotes for new and existing customers
  • Raising orders to suppliers
  • Arranging meetings and taking meetings when required 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role  
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  •  Excellent organisations skills
  •  The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Organised with time and documents
  •  Ability to work on own initiative 
  •  Flexible, can do approach
  •  Team player

Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00 pm
