·         Location – Belfast

·         Company – Architects Practice

·         Level – Considering people from 3-4 years’ exp right up to 8-9 years exp

·         Salary – £28k (Junior) up to £45k (Senior)

·         Working hours – 9am – 5pm

This leading architects practice are now recruiting for fully qualified architects in the heart of Belfast city centre. Working on various sectors and projects including an Office building, shops, restaurants and hotels to name a few.                                                 

The architectural department now has a requirement for an architect to join their team. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience in an architects practice or even a developer. They are also considering CV’s or recent architecture graduates for a more junior role.

Work Includes:

·         Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients

·         Advising clients

·         Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and different specialists

·         Making site-visits to check progress

·         Producing detailed drawings

·         Negotiating with contractors

·         Dealing with various problems that could occur

Required:

·         Strong eye for detail

·         Inventive and imaginative

·         Have a passion about buildings and the built environment

·         Strong visual awareness

Interviews are commencing straight away with the director as soon as possible. Considering architects with anything from 3-4 years right up. It’s a fantastic opportunity for any architect as it will broaden knowledge across not only residential projects, but some commercial and other larger scale projects.
