Our client has a long established reputation and experience in the residential construction market with extensive holdings in Belfast and beyond. Residential and commercial portolio combined currently adds up to over £25m in value. They are seeking to appoint an Asset Management Surveyor in their properties division.

This is a predominantly remote working role, travelling to various sites and reporting occasionally to group HQ in County Tyrone. 

Core duties will include:

• Timely liaison with clients and relevant third parties on lease agreements, rent reviews and service delivery requirements and specifications.
• Undertaking valuations and development appraisals together with due diligence for loan, acquisition and accounts purposes.
• Analysis of business plans, development proposals and trading performance for a wide variety of high value assets.
• Ensuring cost effective operational running of allocated sites.
