Assistant Planner (Fitout)

My Client a leader in the field of Fitout have been expanding rapidly and now have a requirement for an assistant planner to join the team.

The successful Assistant Planner will be involved in a range of high end Fitout projects across hospitality and high end residential sectors to name a few.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the assisting planning and managing company contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender programmes, preliminary costs and method statements
• Produce contract construction programmes, sub-contractor procurement schedules
• Assist with the monitoring of site progress/progress reporting
• Ensure programme deadlines are met
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure contract conditions are met
• Ensure materials are requisitioned on time

The Person

• Excellent Microsoft office suite skills
• Relevant construction related qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft project experience
