CSR Construction has a new opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager / Junior Site Engineer to join one of Northern Irelands busiest property developers. This role is ideal for a Junior Engineer or young Site Manager with an engineering background. Initially you will work closely and be guided by the Project Manager, carrying out duties such as management of sub contactors, setting out of site, health & safety duties and producing weekly progress reports.

The project is a large private housing development near Strangford.

Requirements

• Engineering Background preferable
• Previous housing project experience
• Residential Project Experience
• Good Site Setting out Experience
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Work closely with the Site Management Team
• Management of Sub Contractors
• Management of Health & Safety Matters
• Setting Out Duties on site
