Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant

Location: Belfast City Centre

On behalf of our client, The CSR Group is delighted to be recruiting a Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team based in Belfast City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for interior design, customer service, and innovative bathroom solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering creative, customer-focused designs while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, both in person and over the phone

• Design innovative bathroom layouts using cutting-edge technology

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all bathroom ranges and categories

• Actively work towards sales targets and deadlines

• Accurately process quotations and orders with strong attention to detail

• Merchandise stock to a high standard

• Support, coach, and assist in the development of team members

• Proactively learn about new products and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers and colleagues

Essential Criteria

• Proven background in sales with a proactive, target-driven approach

• Previous experience selling bathrooms, kitchens, or tiles

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling orders and quotations

Desirable Criteria

• Experience reading plans and interpreting 3D drawings
