Bid / PQQ Assistant 

An established contractor is seeking to appoint a Bid / PQQ Assistant to be based in Co. Armagh.


The Role:

  • Responding to pre-qualification questionnaires
  • Assisting with all areas of the bid process for new projects
  • Submission of pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders 
  • Assisting with the review process of all pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, submissions and presentations
  • Compiling documents to the highest standards (hard copy and electronic, working with all formats of files)
  • Involvement in pre-tender submission review meetings and resourcing planning meetings

Experience Required:

  • Good understanding of the construction process ideally including Environment and Quality issues
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office programmes including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Relevant work related experience in PQQ proposals and bid submissions
