Bid Writer - Northern Ireland

Bid Writer required for permanent role within an award winning building contractor in Northern Ireland.

Our client operates in various sectors including commercial, community, education, fit out, sport and leisure across the UK and Ireland.

Our client is now on the lookout for a candidate with previous bid writing experience, to work on their Building tenders.

The role:

  • Deliver technical bid writing and preparation of Quality submissions supporting tenders
  • Preparation of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire submissions
  • Prepare post tender presentations
  • Develop tender construction methodologies with our Technical/ Contract Management teams, designers and supply chain
  • Prepare project data sheets, CVs etc.

The candidate:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Possess strong IT and presentation skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure, to strict timescales and on own initiative

Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
