Remuneration:           £40,000+ Package – Car, Pension etc.

Job Opportunity

CSR are recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer for Quality submissions and PQQ’s for an NI client. With various offices including County Londonderry, Antrim and Down there is an element of flexibility with the role.

Experience in Bid writing, submissions and PQQ’s is essential with some programming experience (MS Project) being beneficial but less essential.

The role:

Working alongside the Contracts Director you will:

• Prepare and manage formal bid documentation
• Communicate with potential clients on tenders and PQQs
• Coordinate tender correspondence and feedback
• Make sure information is up to date by maintaining relevant databases
• Maintain effective filing system to stay on top of all documentation
• Update and maintain sub-contractor list
• Work to tight deadlines and short time scales
• Maintain quality assurance certifications

You will be:

• A good team player who is comfortable working on their own
• Organised and able to prioritise workload
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Experienced using MS Office

Ideal candidate will have previous Bid Writing experience in a similar role.
