CSR are currently working on behalf of a specialist fit-out company, to recruit for a Bid & Marketing Coordinator. Due to continuous growth this position has been newly appointed and will be based in their Co Antrim office as part of the Business Development and Marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to gain valuable experience within different areas of the business.

You will support the Business development Manager in all stages of the Bid & Marketing process.

Delivery of tender returns from PQQ and invitation to Tender stage across a range of industry sectors

Write new material and re work existing content when required

Read and understand key bid requirements and covey to relevant team members

Collate and maintain sector marketing information, including project descriptions and images, ensuring it is regularly updated and easily accessible.

Liaise with graphic design team and digital agencies

Create content for social media, website and newsletter

Assist with brochures and presentations

Prepare awards submissions

The person:

You will educated to degree level with a minimum of 4 years Bid and/ or Marketing experience

Previous experience of working within a construction or fit-out role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literate in all Micro soft packages

Ability to meet deadlines

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Full UK driving license

Prepared to travel to projects/ events throughout the UK and Ireland when required

Salary will be tailored to the successful candidate based on experience.
