CSR is working in partnership with a Top Tier contractor in Northern Ireland for their recruitment of a Building Services Coordinator.

You will initially be responsible for the M&E Coordination and Management of a £30M Student Accommodation in mainland UK, with a view of managing a New Build Hotel Project in the latter half of 2017.

This contractor is well renowned for delivering some of the largest commercial & mixed use developments throughout the UK and Ireland, and has an enviable reputation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Professional to monitor contractor performance, test installations, write reports and coordinate day to day between site and office.

As the successful Building Services Coordinator you will:

• Have at least 4/5 years' experience working on Mechanical &/or Electrical packages on large new build construction projects
• Have worked on design & procurement of Mechanical &/or Electrical projects for large new build construction projects
• Be communicative and able to liaise effectively with different bodies including sub-contractors, design parties & clients

Applicants will come from either a Contracts Engineer/ Management (Mechanical or Electrical) background or alternatively from a Building Services Design profession.

Main contracting experience is desirable but not essential.

A competitive salary & remuneration package will be tailored to the successful applicant.

Travel to mainland UK will be required 2-3 days per week.
