Our client, a well-established fit-out contractor based in Co. Antrim is seeking a Buyer to join their team. Operating across a wide range of retail, commercial & leisure projects, they have built an excellent reputation within the construction market.

An office based role, duties will include the following:

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment,
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Forecast material needs in collaboration with site and project managers
• Monitor deliveries, stock levels, and supplier performance
• Maintain procurement documentation and accurate records
• Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements
• Work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth site support

Buyer - Requirements

• Proven experience in a buying or procurement role (construction sector preferred)
• Excellent negotiation, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
