Civil Foreman Wicklow

Our client itself on its reputation in providing quality services to Local Authorities and Property Developers in Civil Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join their team for a civils residential project in Bray with 1500 units in the second phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the civil works on the project, including the foundation and site works

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the civil works on the residential project

- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Supervise and manage the work of subcontractors and tradespeople on site

- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications

- Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met on site

- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on site

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

- Experience working on residential projects is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and requirements

- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

- Valid driving license
