Civils Foreman - Excavation

The Role:

CSR Construction Division require a Civils Foreman, specifically experienced in heavy excavation.  This Foreman role will be a role that will involve travel in Northern Ireland and throughout the UK.  The successful applicant will be joining a large sub-contractor working on a variety of schemes in partnership with other main contracting firms from the province.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Idealy, this person should have experience working with heavy machinery - namely large excavators and dumpers as the majority of their work will be centred around muck shifting and heavy excavation works.
• Experience of heavy excavators would be a big plus for employment
• Applicants are not expected to be computer literate but they must be able to fill out paper work, completing time sheets, work forms and permits, safety inspection sheets etc.
• This Foreman will be responsible for the day to day running of a site of typical maximum value £1M and support a Site Manager / Engineer
• This role is for a "out on site" hands-on Foreman who will push operatives and machinery working on the ground and organise works
