Commercial Fit-Out Site Manager Dublin

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Fit-Out Site Manager to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities on our commercial fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule and specifications.

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met.

- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage and maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control documentation.

- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards.

- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial fit-out construction.

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
