CSR Group is working with a Tier One Contractor in Dublin wishing to appoint Commercial Managers (within Building & Civil Divisions).

A Remuneration Package will be tailored to attract the most suitable Commercial Managers with Irish/ UK construction project experience.

Involved on major projects throughout Ireland, sectors the company works within include:

As the Commercial Manager, you will have a proven track record working as a Senior QS/ CM for a main contractor on projects of €30M+, within Building or Civil sectors.

You will work in collaboration with the Project Management & Procurement teams to manage the financial control, pricing, risk management, and supporting strategic decision-making to maximise profitability and reduce commercial risk on assigned projects.
