Construction Administrator - Cork

CSR Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Administrator to work for a Tier One Building Contractor in the Site Office in Cork. The chosen individual will be comfortable working under pressure and must be able to complete tasks on time. This is an excellent opportunity to progress with a leading Irish Contractor. This is an immediate start. The chosen candidate will have construction experience and knowledge of BCAR.

Duties:

• Daily maintenance and management of the site office
• Maintenance and processing of all paperwork on site
• Providing general administration support to project teams
• Document control: Assisting with processing updates to project documentation (plans, procedures, & manuals).
• Administrative support to Document Control Department in implementing the use of the Aconex System.
• Maintaining health and safety records

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Previous Construction experience essential
• Knowledge of BCAR essential
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
• Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be detail-oriented with the desire to achieve excellence through your own initiative. 
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Previous experience of document management systems will be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on their own and also as part of a team
