On behalf of a well known building contractor we are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator.
Duties to include:
- Typing and formatting reports with an analytical eye
- Assist with other office tasks such as invoicing
- Diary Management
- General administration - scanning/ filing
- Health & Safety Admin
- Meeting and Greeting visitors to the site
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long term prospect within the construction industry.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS office
- A very keen eye for detail
- A professional telephone manner
- The ability to learn quickly
- An excellent work ethic and willingness to ask for work if required
