The ideal candidate will come from a construction or possibly a financial institute dealing with construction funding and possess the following traits and experience:
· Relevant third level qualification in Construction economics or finance
· 3 Years’ experience (minimum)
· Great financial / analytical skills
· High level of report writing
· Data and Info management
· An eye for detail
· Coherent writing ability
· Effective Time management and ability to multi-task
· Motivated individual
· An ambitious character who wants to drive their career on within the construction area and funder advisory services
