Contracts Manager

CSR Construction is working with an established building contractor who has over 40 years' experience within the industry. The contractor has a proven track record in delivering award winning projects throughout Northern Ireland. The Contractors Manager will be reporting directly to the Construction Director, and responsible for one high profile project here is Northern Ireland. This project is valued around £30M. Competitive salary, with attractive car allowance and bonus.

Criteria

• Building Background
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial Projects valued £10M+
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Duties

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
