The CSR Group are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a renowned specialist contractor. With over 20 years' experience our client has built up a substantial customer base and is well known for their high standards of work. Mainly covering the north and south of Ireland, our client would work in the Facades, curtain walling, partitions and doors industry

The Ideal Candidate

You will need good communication, organisation, leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to assess, weigh up risks and resolve problems on site and technically, in a calm, safe and effective manner, without compromising working standards.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience at contracts manager level
• Internal/external finishing experience beneficial
• Must of worked on projects from £250k - £5M
• Full project list and references required
• Good technical understanding of facades, curtain walling and partitions
• Full UK Driving Licence

About the Role

• Client liaison ensuring budget and time constraints are met
• Health and safety responsibilities for all of the work force
• Manage all aspects of a contract ensuring maximum profit is achieved
• Ensuring staff morale remains high
• Building client relationship
• Managing a team of Site Engineers / Site Agents / Site Supervisors to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Attending project review and progress meetings
• Ensuring contract correspondence is up-to-date
• Participating in training provided by the company
• Reviewing staff training needs
• All other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the position
