CSR are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor on behalf of one of the UK’s leading fit out and refurbishment companies.  The client is actively looking for a Site Supervisor to join an already successful team of talented and determined individuals based from Northern Ireland.

About the Role

The client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, operating out of Northern Ireland. The role offers an excellent base for long term project experience and career progression. The ideal candidate will have previous contracts management experience of any level.

The succcessful candidate will look after contracts ranging from £5,000-£200,00. An ideal opportunity for any Contracts Managers looking for less stress, less hours and better work/home life balance.

Duties will include (but will not be limited to)

·         Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings

·         Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors

·         Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities

·         Preparing interim payments and final accounts

·         Liaising with internal workshop production with schedule of joinery

·         Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions

·         The management of all H&S, RAMS

·         The recording and scheduling of all projects and labour using a project planner

Essential

·         A positive and proactive attitude

·         Must possess a strong attention to detail attitude

·         Excellent communication skills & problem solver

·         Ability to develop effective working relationships with others

·         Very strong ability to multitask a range or projects

·         Excellent client focus and liaison skills

·         Ability to extract best value and maximise returns on project
