CSR is working with an established civils contractor who has a rich heritage within the industry. The contractor has a proven track record in delivering award winning projects throughout Northern Ireland. The Contractors Manager will be reporting directly to the Contracts Director, and responsible for projects within Northern Ireland and Scotland. 

Criteria

• Civils Background
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Duties

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
