The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands newest and busiest multi disciplinarian contractors. The company, based in Belfast are recruiting for a Contracts Manager for Public Works. The Client has upcoming projects in Belfast and throughout Co. Down.

Projects range from building refurbs to housing and small civils works, mainly Housing executive and social housing contracts.

Packages around £45 - 55k plus package

Requirements

• Demonstrable contract delivery
• Experience in public works projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing multiple projects valued up to £2m

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams and sub contractors
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
