Our client is the market leader in structural steel, recognised for its iconic structures and engineering excellence. Involved in the UK’s highest profile building projects.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a degree in civil or structural engineering. This is a very specialist role based either at our manufacturing facility in Fermanagh or our office in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and you will be working along-side a senior design engineer on various projects.

You will work as part of our in-house design team producing engineering solutions and calculations with the support of our senior engineering staff. You will be providing engineering services as required; for example:

·        Structural steel member design

·        Connection design and temporary works to ensure safe and sustainable design solutions

·        Structural designs at tender stage when required

·        Assist in the development of procedures etc for the standardisation of structural solutions and structural details commensurate with the Company’s manufacturing and erection approach.
