Job: Drilling Operative

Location: Northern Ireland

Drilling Operative required for an independant Blasting engineers providing rock blasting solutions for both quarrying and civil engineering sector in  Northern Ireland and beyond.

The successful candidate will follow a large rig to whatever quarry in NI and operate the drilling machine

You will be based from home covering quarries NI Wide.

May have to store parts at home from time to time.

You will need;

• the ability to work on your own
• to enjoy working with other people
• the ability to work well with your hands
• physical skills like movement, coordination, dexterity and grace
• sensitivity and understanding
• the ability to work well with others
• patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• physical fitness and endurance
• to be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

What is required;

Valid CSR card, and be over the age of 25 for insurance reasons. Previous experience deisrable.

Working hours are normally 8am - 4pm
