In terms of your core duties; fully understanding the Tender Submission Document and the deliverables expected by the Client is essential in the role. You will ensure all project milestones are met and that project deadlines are delivered. On a daily basis you'll lead and manage the entire Project Team, setting weekly agendas and KPI's, reviewing the performance for each team member.

Needless to say the following are essential for success: time management skills, comprehensive organisation and thorough planning of resources, commercial acumen, reporting to and advising senior management, bringing solutions to the table when necessary and on time.
