An M&E Contractor is actively looking to recruit an Electrical Estimator for their team. This is an exciting time to join a company who have fantastic projects currently ongoing and a strong pipeline throughout 2021 with scope for additional growth.

Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:

• Experienced Electrical Estimator with experience within the building services industry using estimating software OR a time served Electrical installer looking to make a change to an office based role

• Be able to work alongside senior management as well as independently within a busy estimating projects department.

• Hold a sound working knowledge of up to date building regulations and coding.

• Complete take-offs from drawings/information provided.

• Full document control on each tender.

• Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to gain competitive quotations.

• Produce quantified schedule of rates.
