A well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Northern Ireland is wishing to appoint an Electrical Project Manager for England to join their thriving Project Delivery team. The electrical project manager will work closely with the estimating and CAD department and have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience. Ideally very client focused with excellent communication skills, able to run multiple projects. The company prides themselves on ensuring their staff are well-rewarded and have an outstanding staff retention rate.

About the Role:

• Prepare contract documents e.g. Method Statements and Risk Assessments

• Meet with Clients and Consultants

• Carry out site visits and surveys

• Prepare Handover documents

• Manage contract costs and variations including procurement

• Flexibility to work on multiple projects

• Running multiple contracts

About the Candidate:

• 3-4 Years' experience within similar job role

• Able to run multiple projects of varying sizes and sectors

• Excellent, stable background throughout career
