CSR is with a client who has been in business for 50 years has an opening for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team in Co. Armagh. You will be a part of a team that offers electrical engineering solutions to both Public and Private sectors and working with many leading Industrial and Commercial companies within UK, Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee engineers and installation on site
• Control and monitor the material and sub-contract procurement
• Liaising closely with senior management, the client and subcontractors
• Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
• Manage and monitor material deliveries
• Attend relevant site meetings
• Involved in the commissioning and handover procedures
• Programming of works
• Ensuring projects are completed within time, budget and to the specified standard
• Interpret & understand the requirements of the specification and the drawings

Requirements:

• Proven track record in the electrical industry with supervisory/ management experience
• An ability to work closely and effectively with senior management, commercial and project delivery teams to ensure optimum profit with contractual frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with the analytical and problem-solving skills to reach realistic workable solutions.
• The flexibility and adaptability to succeed within a demanding business.
• Related electrical qualification
• Sound commercial understanding and ability to bring project in under budget
• Able to work and integrate within a close-knit team
• Adaptable to different project types and clients
• Commercially aware
• Good communication skills
• Hardworking attitude
