CSR have been retained by a key client in the search for an Estimator from a Fitout/Joinery Background to join the commercial team at head office in Co Armagh.

The Company with over 30 years' of history have built an impressive portfolio to include Fitout and Joinery solutions to sectors such as High End Residential, Retail & Education/Healthcare.

The company continues to experience a high level of growth and as a result requires an Estimator to join the Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Using Tender Enquiry to get an in depth understanding of the clients needs
• Pricing and negotiating with customers and operations
• Preparation of tender returns
• Liaising closely on a daily basis with customers and colleagues in all departments
• Taking Project Briefs

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an estimating background from a Fit out/Joinery company is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree in a relevant construction discipline
