Estimator/Sales - Specialist Subcontractor

My Client a leading company in their field with over 10 years of history are experiencing a period of growth and now require an experienced Estimator/sales person to join the team.

The company has built an impressive portfolio of projects to include Hotels for some of the Uk's Most Well Known Brands and large scale residential/office block developments across the UK and Ireland.

Typical Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents based on Client Requirements
• Follow up submitted tenders using Internal System whilst identifying areas of potential risk.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure a successful tender
• Meet with Clients and Suppliers
• Produce competitive quotes and solutions to the customer
• Review Tenders as appropriate
• Negotiate final contract sums and attend pre-order meetings
• Liaise with MD to develop and secure new contracts.

Key Requirements

• 3-4 years' Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS suite
• Ability to work on own initiative and part of a wider team.
