Our client is a privately owned main contractor, specialising in new build commercial projects. They have been operating for over 50 years with a very strong ethos within mixed use developments, and commercial projects.

About the Role:

Our client is currently requiring a Junior/ Intermediate Estimator to join to the current team. Candidates will ideally be from a new build commercial background. The individual must be able to communicate well with both commercial team and clients and have a professional but non adversarial approach with the emphasis of working together. 

You will:

• Reporting into the Estimating Director
• Capable of fitting and integrating well into a dynamic team
• Ability to produce cost plans / Bill of Quantity's from scratch

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an estimating role for a main contractor
• Must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious
• Keen to progress their career further
• Highly motivated individual
• Strong team player
