Estimator Role 

Full Time | Lisburn 

A leading high‑end fit‑out contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is a standout opportunity to work on premium interior projects across hospitality, commercial, residential and retail sectors. You will be delivering schemes where detail, quality and craftsmanship truly matter.

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for high‑spec interior projects 
• Source and assess quotations from trusted subcontractors and suppliers 
• Analyse tender and commercial information to support winning bids 
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and subcontractors throughout the tender process 
• Attend site visits and tender meetings to inform pricing decisions 
• Manage post‑tender communication and deliver clear handovers to operations 

What You'll Bring 

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Estimating role 
• Fit‑out or main contractor experience preferred 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Confident IT skills and commercial awareness 
• Experience with estimating software (Evaluate advantageous)
