A specialist building contractor based in Co. Armagh - adjacent to the M1 corridor - has a requirement for an Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. You will be involved on new build and refurbishment contracts in Northern Ireland.

This role would suit an Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience. You will possess a degree in Construction/ Quantity Surveying, be self-motivated and work cooperatively as part of a team. Strong IT skills are necessary, with good commercial acumen.
