Façade Manager - Top Tier Contractor

CSR Construction is delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading building contractors, who have secured a number of major projects throughout the UK. The projects range between £20M - £50M, consisting of new builds commercial developments, which include Apartments and Hotels. The company has a project in Sheffield and it requires an experienced Façade Manager to oversee the externals package on a £45M Student Accommodation project. Excellent salary and package on offer, along with travel and accommodation if needed.

Criteria

• Site Management Safety Pass
• 3 Years' experience as a Site Foreman / Manager
• Sound knowledge of general construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Health & Safety awareness
• Experience in grounds work, brickwork and internal finishes

Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Oversee brickwork and external façade of the build
• Working closely with Sub - Contractors
• Keep detailed records and provide reports to PM
