The CSR Group are delighted to announce a new opportunity for a design and build main contractor who are able to offer a long term career opportunity. They currently have a number of projects throughout the UK and are looking to bring on board a Finishing Foreman to play a key role in the delivery of said projects, in particular focusing on all joinery and fit out aspects of the project.

Criteria

• Joinery Background
• Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training
• Experience working for a team, delivering a large scale commercial project
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial or Refurbishment Projects valued £5M+
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Duties

• Day to day running of project
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
