Finishing Foreman – South County Dublin

The CSR Group is looking to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman for a Medium sized Residential Project in South County Dublin. This Project is well underway and looking for someone with a keen eye and good work ethic to join a great company who are market leaders in the industry. Mainly consisting of apartments this project has a total value of over €30 million.

Very good package and opportunity for the right person.

The Role

• Working Closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Overseeing all designated work
• Ensuring best H&S best practises are being followed
• Attend all relevant meetings
• Planning the works to be carried out
• Making sure all work carried out is to spec

The Person 

• trade background highly beneficial
• Main Contracting experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Keen eye for detail
