Finishing Site Manager / Finishing Foreman – Dublin West

CSR group is looking for an experienced Finishing Site Manager / Finishing Foreman for a Large Industrial project located in West Dublin. The project itself has a total value of €90 million and is a new data centre build. The company is one of Irelands most reputable and largest within the industry. They’re looking for the highest quality of people to join an already existing talented team

The Role 

• Working closely alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager
• Finishing internal building in accordance with the programme.
• Understanding the finishing sequence and organizing labour and materials to deliver in accordance with the programme.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with the programme and drive labour force to work at maximum capacity while on-site.

The Person

• 5 years Previous Foreman experience
• Data Centre experience highly beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment
• Strong focus on health and safety
• Keen eye for detail
• The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
