Fit-Out Site Manager

Our client has delivered robust, tailored solutions in the Fit-Outs industry for over 15 years for over 15 years and have developed a reputation of excellence in the delivery of projects they have undertaken. They are currently seeking a Fit-out site manager for an office Fit-out project in Dublin.

Responsibilities

 Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

To plan, manage and deliver all construction activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

 Adhering to and ensuring the Health & Safety of the entire site and project.

Management of subcontractors and direct labour workforce

Criteria

5+ years' experience

Structural background desirable but not essential

 Computer literate

 Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid

Excellent communication skills at all levels
