Fit-Out Site Manager Accommodation Provided

Our Client are looking for an experienced Fit-out Site Manager to join their team for a shop fit-out project in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the project, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation

- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

- Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed

- Ensure that all work is completed within the specified timeframe and budget

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed

- Prepare daily reports on progress and provide regular updates to the project manager

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
