Fit-Out Site Manager- Dublin

Our client a multi-disciplined, highly skilled, fitout professionals that add substantial value to every project they work on are currently seeking a Fit-out Site Manager to join their team for an office fit-out project in Dublin. You will report daily to your Construction Manager and liaise with the project QS to ensure operations on site and project costing and procurement are completed in a timely manner and in line with the expectations set out in the overall project master plan.

Responsibilities:

- Take charge of managing and overseeing fit-out projects from start to finish.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and keep stakeholders informed.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project success.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a site manager, specifically in fit-out projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines.

- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
