Fit-out Site Manager Sandyford, Dublin

Our Client are seeking an experienced fit-out site manager to oversee the completion of a 300-room apartment complex in Sandyford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed on schedule

- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

- Manage project budgets and timelines, and report regularly to senior management

- Participate in regular site meetings with the project team

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- A thorough understanding of relevant health and safety regulations

- A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field
