Fit-out site manager, Citywest Co. Dublin

Our client are seeking a site manager for to complete the internal fitout of a creche including full mechanical/Electrical infrastructure (1^st and 2^nd fix), New AHU’s, emergency lighting, fire alarm, Installation of new partitions and ceilings including grid and MF. Installation of all new fire doors, flooring, joinery, tiling, sanitaryware to bathrooms and bathroom dividers and finally decorations. Project duration will be 3 months Value of the  project: 1.1 Million

Working hours from 7:30am – 4:30pm

Responsibilties 

• Run the project from start to completion,
• Managing all trade packages and day-to-day running of the project including H&S.
• Drive the project with little external support and be the main point of contact on the project.Plan works accordingly to tie in line with the programme and drive labour force to work at maximum capacity while on-site.
• Attending all relevant meetings
• Keep daily/weekly site record

The Person:

• At least 3 years' experience 
• Qualified carpenter/joinery fitter
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organisation skills while maintaining tight schedules
