Gangerman / Working Foreman - Dublin

CSR group is looking for a competent working foreman/ganger to coordinate operations and oversee a small team of workers and plant onsite. As the point of reference of both workers and engineers, you will be a key person for the delivery of works onsite. The successful candidate should have a solid background. You should have sufficient leadership skills and experience to have earned the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favour safety and production equally. You must also be able to communicate with other members of the team as well as client representatives.

The project is 3 blocks of apartments consisting of 92 units with a value of €10 million +.

The Person

·         Experience in a similar role

·          In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and HSE guidelines

·         Excellent communicator

·         Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·         Problem-solving abilities
