General Administrator - Warrenpoint Area


Role & Responsibilities: 

 

  • Administrative support with regard to business processes in terms of accounts, sales/quote support and general admin duties.
  • First point of contact for incoming calls
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal – both internally and with customers
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well with different disciplines
  • Applicant should be keen to develop with the company
  • Previous admin experience and/or experience in construction industry admin would be a distinct advantage.
  • Any other adhoc duties as deemed by your Manager


Essential Criteria: 

Previous experience in a similar role 

Excellent IT skills specifically Excel 


Hours: 

Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 5:00 pm 

Due to location own transport would be reccommended
